Creative Ways of Selling in Simpsonville SC

In today's Real Estate market, traditional ways of selling homes is very difficult. We are in the middle of a HUGE buyer's market.  However, The Rucker Team at KW Realty has some extra tools in the tool belt to be able to weather this storm!  Here are two real life examples over the past 2 months:
