Simpsonville, SC is a special place I love to call home. It is also a place where I specialize in for my Real Estate career. Over the past several years, Simpsonville has consistently been one of the fastest growing areas in South Carolina. I have known for a long time that this is a great place to live. Attractions are a big part of what Simpsonville, SC has to offer. The new, state of the art Charter Amphitheatre at Heritage Park is absolutely spectacular! Examples of a few new construction Affordable houses are in Remington, Fox Trace, Gresham Park and Fairview Point. Mid Priced houses are in Heritage Creek, Hollington, Ravenwood, Shenandoah Farms and Kilgore Farms.
