Simpsonville, SC is a special place I love to call home. It is also a place where I specialize in for my Real Estate career. Over the past several years, Simpsonville has consistently been one of the fastest growing areas in South Carolina. I have known for a long time that this is a great place to live. Now, people all over the U.S. are catching on!
Attractions are a big part of what

Downtown Simpsonville has a lot to offer such as the popular Labor Day Festival that includes numerous vendors, concerts and a classic car shows. Recent Simpsonville houses that have been built are in 3 categories...Affordable ($120,000-$200,000), Mid Price ($200,000-$350,000) and Exclusive ($400Ks and up). Examples of a few new construction Affordable houses are in Remington, Fox Trace, Gresham Park and Fairview Point. Mid Priced houses are in Heritage Creek, Hollington, Ravenwood, Shenandoah Farms and Kilgore Farms. And finally, some of the newer Exclusive houses are found in Claremont, Cobblestone, Ledgestone, Griffith Farm, Fox Creek Farm and Tuxedo Park. All of the wonderful new construction communities bring their own unique culture and flair. The old Cotton Mill in the downtown area has now been gutted and turned into studio condos. These new lofts have the original brick walls of the old Cotton Mill...absolutely beautiful!
